Multinacional líder en su sector, altamente comprometida con la diversidad, sostenibilidad y excelencia, busca incorporar un Supply Chain Manager (SCM) para una de sus plantas en España, (situada a 60 Km de Zaragoza). Este rol clave garantizará la correcta aplicación de las políticas de la cadena de suministro, alineándose con los objetivos estratégicos del grupo. Como SCM, serás responsable de gestionar la cadena de suministro coordinando las previsiones de ventas de reabastecimiento, y basándose en los planes de producción e inventario, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos operativos locales y los equipos globales de la cadena de suministro, siendo el responsable de proporcionar los resultados mensuales de los KPI. Liderarás al equipo y participarás plenamente en los proyectos de transformación, formando parte del equipo de gestión, reportando al director de planta y al SCM global. Funciones: Coordina el procesamiento y seguimiento de los contratos/pedidos de productos terminados, almacenamiento, facturación, distribución/cobro. Diseña y organiza estrategias para gestionar la planificación de la producción de productos terminados con el objetivo constante de optimizar la relación costo/calidad/plazo. Gestiona los diferentes procesos de la cadena de suministro Asegura el nivel adecuado de stock de materias primas para la producción de productos terminados, basado en la previsión de reabastecimiento de productos terminados o entregas directas a los clientes. Participa en la implementación de proyectos transversales corporativos y de la SBU (implementación de SAP). Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de Supply Chain, fomentando la mejora continua y la excelencia operativa. Requisitos Experiencia comprobada (mínimo 5 años) como SCM Conocimiento de ERP en SAP/ECC o 4HANA Dominio de Power BI. Buen conocimiento de los programas de MS Office, principalmente Excel. Habilidades en gestión del cambio. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés (oral y escrito). Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas.
