Construction Manager

Als Construction Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en coördinatie van alle betrokken diensten en onderaannemers op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project tijdig wordt opgeleverd volgens de contractuele verplichtingen en de wettelijke voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu. Je verdeelt het personeel op basis van prioriteiten en zorgt dat alle benodigde documenten (zoals keuringen, vergunningen, VCA-certificaten) aanwezig en geldig zijn. Met jouw technische expertise los je problemen op de werf op en stuur je het team en de onderaannemers bij waar nodig. Je fungeert als de schakel tussen de klant, de werfmedewerkers, de onderaannemers en de collega's op kantoor. Ook ben je in nauw contact met de Project Manager voor een soepele rapportage. Profiel Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, waarbij je teams weet te motiveren en projecten proactief en gestructureerd realiseert. Je bent een kritische denker, communicatief, resultaatgericht en diplomatiek. Je werkt zelfstandig maar ook goed in teamverband. Je hebt een VCA-Vol certificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen. Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, en hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
