Adjunto/a a Dirección de Tienda – Retail | Barcelona centro Barcelona (presencial) Jornada – 33,5 h semanales Contrato indefinido Equipo a cargo: >10 personas Retail Talent Group es una consultoría especializada en selección de talento para los sectores Retail, Wholesale y eCommerce . Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Adjunto/a a Dirección de Tienda Flagship para cliente en el sector papelería y regalo ubicado en Barcelona centro. Misión del puesto Dar soporte directo a la Dirección de Tienda en la gestión diaria del punto de venta, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y garantizando los estándares de calidad, atención al cliente e imagen de tienda. Funciones principales Gestión de equipo Apoyo en la coordinación, motivación y seguimiento del equipo. Organización y control de tareas diarias. Supervisión de la atención al cliente y de la actitud comercial. Colaboración en horarios, vacaciones y coberturas. Seguimiento de objetivos comerciales y KPI’s. Detección de necesidades formativas. Gestión de tienda Supervisión de la operativa diaria y resolución de incidencias. Atención a clientes, gestión de cambios, devoluciones y reclamaciones. Apoyo en venta y caja cuando sea necesario. Cierre de tienda y control de caja. Coordinación con visual merchandising. Control del orden, limpieza e imagen del punto de venta. Gestión operativa Gestión de pedidos y encargos de clientes. Control de stock e inventarios. Seguimiento de ventas por producto y proveedor. Coordinación con otros departamentos internos. ✅ Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 2–3 años en posiciones de Assistant Manager / Adjunto/a / Responsable de tienda . Perfil claramente comercial y orientado a resultados . Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y toma de decisiones . Persona resolutiva, empática y con sensibilidad por el cliente y el producto. Catalán y castellano ; inglés alto. Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato estable. Jornada de 33,5 horas semanales . Horarios rotativos de lunes a sábado. Domingos libres. 1 sábado libre al mes . Retribución fija >20k variable (aprox. 1.500 € ). Proyecto sólido con posibilidades reales de desarrollo profesional .
