Verificador/a - Inspector/a de Calidad

Seleccionamos Verificador/a - Insperctor/a de Calidad para importante empresa industrial ubicada en la zona de Vallés Occidental. Funciones • Realizar pruebas de control e inspección final de los productos ensamblados, identificando desviaciones y comunicándolas a los departamentos implicados. • Analizar e interpretar planos y especificaciones técnicas para validar el cumplimiento de los requisitos. • Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos fabricados siguiendo las pautas de control establecidas. • Gestionar y cerrar incidencias, asegurando la trazabilidad de todos los informes de prueba asociados al producto. • Analizar incidencias recurrentes utilizando la metodología de los 5 Porqués. • Dar soporte en análisis macrográficos de soldadura. • Colaborar con los equipos de Calidad, Diseño y Producción para resolver incidencias y mejorar procesos. Requisitos • Formación en Ingeniería Eléctrica o Electromecánica. • Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing, trazabilidad, control de procesos y normativa ISO 9001. • Manejo de instrumentos de medición y comprensión de su aplicación. • Experiencia mínima de tres años realizando funciones similares. • Atención al detalle, habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para elaborar informes técnicos. • Manejo de Excel y uso de dispositivos móviles y herramientas de registro fotográfico.
