Location: Remote (Candidate may operate from USA, Europe, Middle East, or Asia Pacific) Key Responsibilities Global Business Development: Identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities in defense, homeland security, and tactical markets across international regions. Strategic Sales Execution: Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure, ensuring alignment with Tonbo's strategic growth objectives. Client & Partner Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with international military, law enforcement agencies, government bodies, system integrators, and industry partners. Operational Understanding: Leverage firsthand knowledge of defense and tactical operations to align Tonbo's product offerings with real-world mission requirements. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of global market dynamics, competitor activities, and advancements in defense technologies to refine business strategies. Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation: Lead the creation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring competitive positioning and successful contract negotiations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met with tailored solutions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international export regulations, compliance standards, and ethical business practices. Experience & Qualifications Military/Defense Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in international business development, sales, or operations within defense, security, or tactical domains. Prior military, special operations, or law enforcement background is highly preferred. Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing and managing multi-million-dollar contracts with global defense and security organizations.
