En TRIOTECA , empresa líder en tecnología hipotecaria en España , nuestra misión es transformar el proceso hipotecario de principio a fin , haciéndolo más simple , digital y centrado en las personas . Estamos incorporando becarios/as para TRIOTECA Next Generation 2025. Buscamos perfiles con ganas de aprender , orientación al cliente y actitud proactiva para crecer en un entorno joven , dinámico y colaborativo . Esta posición tiene dos itinerarios posibles. En función de tu encaje, te incorporarás a: ● Customer Service ( Atención al Cliente / Customer Support ) ● Equipo Comercial ¿Qué harás? Si tu encaje es Customer Service Tu foco será estar en primera línea de atención y resolución : ● Atenderás a usuarios por teléfono , chat , email y call back , resolviendo dudas e incidencias con empatía y agilidad . ● Harás seguimiento proactivo para que el cliente se sienta acompañado/a y bien informado/a en cada paso. ● Contribuirás a la creación de materiales clave como plantillas , FAQs y guías internas . ● Realizarás seguimientos personalizados , acompañando a cada persona hacia la mejor hipoteca . Si tu encaje es Comercial Tu foco será impulsar el avance del cliente con un enfoque consultivo y orientado a resultados : ● Entenderás necesidades , analizarás cada caso y guiarás al cliente hacia la mejor solución . ● Gestionarás cartera y seguimiento desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre del proceso . ● Trabajarás con el equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes participando en dinámicas y sesiones de feedback . ¿Qué perfil buscamos? ● Estudiantes de FP (medio/superior) o universidad ( ADE , Economía , Finanzas , Comercio , Administración o afines), preferiblemente en último año . ● Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas . ● Buenas habilidades comunicativas y fluidez en entornos digitales . ● Aprendizaje rápido , iniciativa y orientación a resultados / satisfacción del cliente . ● Residencia en Barcelona y disponibilidad de incorporación .
