QA EngineerLocation: Barcelona, Hybrid Work. The Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering top-tier digital solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on ensuring the quality and performance of cutting-edge technology through manual and automated testing, contributing to streamlined QA workflows.This position involves working with cross-functional teams to improve testing strategies and support robust, scalable processes, reporting directly to the QA Lead. Occasional travel for product testing will be part of your responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain QA methodologies, emphasizing automated testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance testing strategies and refine QA practices.
Conduct and analyze manual and automated test cases, providing actionable feedback.
Assist development teams in identifying, documenting, and resolving technical issues.
Evaluate deliverables for compliance with specifications and high-quality standards.
Participate in product testing in real-world environments, including on-site validations.
Document processes and maintain knowledge bases to support team efficiency.
What You BringTechnical Skills:Solid experience in Quality Assurance roles.
Proficiency in testing frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium (TypeScript preferred).
Hands-on experience with JUnit for Java-based testing.
Strong skills in API testing using Postman and related tools.
Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Gherkin or Cucumber.
Competence with scripting languages like Bash or similar.
Experience with testing platforms such as BrowserStack.
Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies (optional but beneficial).
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel once a month for on-site product testing.
