We're building a specialized global Black Belt Sales team to improve the go-to-market strategy through Red Hat Managed OpenShift offerings on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and other public clouds.The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Senior Managed OpenShift Black Belt to join us in Spain. In this role, following the initial customer purchase of Red Hat Managed OpenShift, your primary focus will be to remove organizational, technical, and other blockers of adoption within key accounts for us to become the preferred platform for workloads and applications across the business. You'll need to be able to effectively articulate customer value propositions to leadership, developers, and IT teams within the account. This will entail technical architecture walkthroughs, business value conversations, customer-facing technical workshops, status quo removal, and more. As a senior member of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Managed OpenShift Black Belt team, you will focus on the mediterranean region. You will work closely with the Managed Cloud Services Product team, helping to test, document, and demonstrate innovative features. You will also cooperate closely with Red Hat's customer sales teams, post-sales solutions architects, and customer success teams to ensure a highly positive customer experience.

What you will do

Work with customer account executives, sales specialists, and solutions architects to identify challenges and blockers to wider Red Hat Managed OpenShift adoption and consumption within new and existing customer accountsCoordinate with regional sales engineering teams for account planning and go-to-market strategy as neededPlan, design, and implement custom-made solutions which will effectively address customer issues, using additional support and resources from Red Hat as requiredIdentify and partner with customer champions, serving as an advocate within both their line-of-business and application development teams and within Red HatWork closely with the product team, providing feedback on both the services and underlying platforms that they are running onAssist leadership with evolving our go-to-market strategy for Red Hat Managed OpenShift Cloud Services adoptionBased on your direct customer experience, work in close coordination with the business development and technical presales teams responsible for our strategic cloud provider and independent software vendor (ISV) partnerships to identify potential for repeatable and scalable go-to-market offeringsFacilitate presales and post-sales activities including technical deep dives, proofs of concepts, bake-offs, internal and external community events, application portfolio reviews, etc.Carry out community outreach and customer advocacy activities

What you will bring

5+ years of application development or IT operations experienceDirect experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem, including equivalent technologies Direct experience with one or more cloud service providers and their managed Kubernetes offeringsPractical knowledge of DevOps, agile concepts and application development and deployment tools, including project management, supply chain management (SCM), continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), testing, security, monitoring, and modern programming languages and frameworksExecutive presence with public speaking skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and business EnglishThe following are considered a plus:Degree in computer science or a similar fieldExperience with Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) or Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO)Experience working at an enterprise software company, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, or a service integratorExperience working as a sales specialist or solutions architect at a software vendorCommunity brand in volunteer tech communities like DevOpsDays or open source projects#LI-MR3 #LI-REMOTEJob SummaryJob ID: 101655Workday ID: R-037277Category: Solution Architecture
