Host: A 5-Star Resort by Paresa Hotels & Resorts ? Destination: Phuket, Thailand ? Department: Housekeeping ? Program: Hospitality & Business Internship ? Duration: 6 months ? Intake: September 2024 onwards HOUSEKEEPING - RESPONSIBILITIES ? Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet standards and schedules. ? Greet guests warmly and deliver high levels of customer service while handling complaints and requests professionally. ? Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance. ? Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards. ?
