Its products, solutions and services are available in more than 100 countries through its extensive network of partners and distribution subsidiaries.Job PurposeThe E2E Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing, scoping, and assisting in delivering digital supply chain solutions for Straumann Group across different brands, business units, and geographies. This will be done in a way that aligns with the group's core belief of customer obsession.This individual will need to possess a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain processes within the Straumann Group. This understanding will enable them to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that their efforts are intricately aligned with our overarching E2E Supply Chain strategy.Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Create Performance Management Dashboards: Design and implement performance management dashboards that enable the monitoring and measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the regional, global, and executive levels throughout the end-to-end supply chain organization.
- Develop and Implement an End-to-End Control Tower: Create and execute a comprehensive end-to-end control tower, ensuring supply-to-deliver visibility, spanning from detailed scheduling at the operational sites to final mile distribution. This initiative will enable complete visibility of supply chain flows, inventory, and demand-supply management, ensuring 100% transparency and control.
- Engage in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct a thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement through digitalization. Streamline workflows and incorporate industry best practices to drive efficiency improvements.
- Lead Digital Solution Implementation: Take charge of the deployment of digital solutions, encompassing supply chain management software, inventory management systems, and pertinent technologies. Guarantee seamless integration with current systems to ensure successful implementation.
- Project Management with Stakeholders: Effectively manage projects in collaboration with key stakeholders, including IT – SAP, Data & Tech teams, and Data Analysts, to attain the desired outcomes and objectives.
- Change Management Oversight: Effectively manage change by providing training and support to individuals and stakeholders affected by the transformation, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adaptation to new processes and technologies.
- Act as the subject matter expert and process owner of E2E Digital Supply Chain.Requirements neededEducation and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, commercial and or business administration
- 5+ years business experience in related fields (e.G., supply chain, logistics, distribution, WH management)
- Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (DE/FR/ES/PT)
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-making.
- Understanding of customers' business and supply chain needs to design effective solutions
- Familiarity with digital technologies and process design.
- Proven track record in global supply chain management, including S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, & MRP tools.
