This position reports to
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology.
Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.

This role is contributing to the Service Electrification Sales area in Spain and Portugal.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
• Preparing technical and commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
• Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
• Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization.
• Providing assistance and input in meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
• Interface between customers and operations team.
• Answering technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews.
You will join a dynamic, collaborative and very supporting team, where you will be able to grow and enjoy.
Qualifications for the role
- Some experience in Internal Sales working as sales support specialist focus on Service in manufacturer or maintenance companies.
- Knowledge of SAP, Sales Force, Excel.
- Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- High level of Spanish (C1) and medium of English (B2), Portuguese will be highly appreciated.
