? Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the resort ? Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience ? Provide information about resort facilities, sports activities, and events ? Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests ? Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally ? Monitor the resort's daily occupancy rate and contribute to the development of weekly and monthly occupancy forecasts ? Follow and verify key management processes ? Coordinate reservations for spa appointments ? Ensure accuracy in reservation records and communicate details to relevant departments ? Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and well-presented ? Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner ? Coordinate with other resort departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive guest experience ? Monitor the resort entrance and ensure that only authorized individuals access the premises ? Keep a record of any items found in the hotel and help guests reclaim lost belongings efficiently ? Assist with administrative tasks and support resort-wide events ? Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment ? Provide guests with accurate and current information about city features such as local attractions, cultural events, etc.
Requisitos : ? Education in Tourism, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field ? Previous experience in a hospitality or resort setting is preferred ? Proficient in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus, as well as proficiency in any other language ? Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with guests and team members ? Passion for providing excellent customer service ? Friendly and approachable demeanor ? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ? Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities ? Familiarity with reservation systems and basic office software ? Ability to adapt to and utilize new technologies ? Problem-solving skills
