En Hard Rock Hotel Madrid estamos buscando un/a Guest Experience Attendant para el departamento de recepción que quiera subirse a nuestro escenario. Esta posición es responsable de crear auténticas experiencias de rock y brindar un servicio amplificado a nuestros huéspedes VIP. Entre las funciones a desempeñar, se destacarían: - Gestión de todo el proceso de la estancia del huésped, incluido el pre-arrival de los huéspedes VIP - Crear momentos WOW a nuestros huéspedes VIP - Manejo de incidencias y resolución de quejas - Seguimiento de encuestas de calidad y comentarios de los huéspedes en las plataformas online - Preparación del paquete de bienvenida de los huéspedes (amenidades, tarjetones y montaje de la habitación)
Requisitos : Titulación mínima: Grado Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años Categoría profesional: Empleado Residencia: España - Previa experiencia como Guest Experience y/o similares. - gran dominio de las aplicaciones informáticas, especialmente de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y de las plataformas específicas hoteleras (MICROS Opera, Sabre/SYNXIS, Delphi, SUN, etc.). - Capacidad para tratar eficazmente con clientes y personal interno y externo, algunos de los cuales requerirán altos niveles de paciencia, tacto y diplomacia. - Dominio del español y del inglés: se tendrán en cuenta otros idiomas.
