About Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor: The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.? ?The resort will have a total of 109 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, direct access to the beach, adult pool access to the beach, adult pool and vitality pool, Kids for All Seasons, and a wine tasting experience in the vineyards. The Role of Stewarding Manager: We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Stewarding Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Mallorca at Formentor, Spain Reporting into our Food and Beverage Director, you will work closely together to ensure the organization and sanitation of all kitchens, storage areas, employee dining room and receptacle/compactor rooms. Works effectively with all employees and managers ensuring operational needs are met and controls labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting and purchasing decisions. Our Ideal Stewarding Manager candidate will have: Two to three years previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage management positions. Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
