Our comprehensive internship includes:

  • Hotel Overview: Accompanied by the director, learn about all hotel areas, including guest spaces, technical facilities, and staff zones.
  • Department Rotations: Work in key departments like Reception, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Storeroom to understand daily operations and guest services.
  • Management Exposure: Assist the director with data analysis, quality meetings, staff management, guest complaints, and strategic tasks.
  • Internship Report: Reflect on your learning, propose improvements, and analyze your experience through a self-evaluation and SWOT analysis.
  • Evaluation: Receive feedback on your technical skills, professionalism, and future potential, with opportunities for employment based on performance.

Embark on your hospitality journey with ALEGRIA Hotels * Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work in a team.
  • A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to the full duration of the internship.
