Axis Data S.L. is an international enterprise providing IT Services to MTS Globe and OTS Globe, which consist of Office Automation systems, Networking and Applications.

Our mission statement is to provide innovative technology to the MTS Globe Group's 65 destination offices in 19 countries in and around the Mediterranean Sea, North Africa, the Black Sea, the Arabian Gulf, the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.

6,3 million guests were managed through our systems in 2018. We provide excellent and highly automated integration to our customers (tour operators).

MTS Globe, OTS Globe and Axis Data are determined to deliver a superior service to the end customer, travelling to one of our destinations.

Job description

We are looking for a System Operator who is ready for joining us and help us to monitor and manage our services. To be successful you will need to be self-motivated to learn and work with different technologies, have excellent customer service skills, have a desire to advance in the field, be a creative problem solver and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Main areas of responsibility will be :

Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting issues. Backup and Recovery management. Analysing, resolving and/or scaling systems incidences or requests. Manage and automate common system administration tasks.

Requirements

Skills :

Knowledge in Linux and Windows Server operating systems. High motivation to learn the use and management of different technologies. Observant, proactive and good problem analyst. Strong communication and documentation skills. English knowledge.

Desired :

Previous experience in Cloud environments, specially AWS. Be able to produce clear, well documented code (Phyton is a plus). Knowledge or experience in SysOps and Automation.

Qualifications :

Computeer Engineering University Degree or enough equivalent experience. Higher training in the systems field.
