ABOUT THE JOB

You will be responsible for managing staff IT credentials Managing the staff accommodation tool by uploading contracts, downloading reports, and assisting in other key tasks regarding staff accommodation when required. Monitoring incident management cases by taking actions requested by the source markets. Communicating with suppliers and liaising with local TUI Support Agents and operations teams in your assigned regions regarding post-holiday legal claims and the reclaim procedure with our suppliers and other relevant stakeholders. Monitoring the back-office email log and following up on specific cases (sky speed, hotelier queries, welfare requests and/or others).
