We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join the Global IBP for our Perfumery & Beauty division.

Your key responsibilities

Support IBP team with data extraction, analysis and validation for regular activities as well as on an ad-hoc basis.  Support demand planning team to analyze demand trends and identify potential forecast deviations.  Give support to regional DP´s to liaise with commercial team to enrich forecast.  Monitor forecast demand plan accuracy to find the main root causes and propose action plans together with the Regional DP´s to avoid future impacts Supports the inventory allocations in coordination with main stakeholders.  Monitor the RM shortages to highlights main impacts on the customers and give support to the team to liaise with internal supply stakeholders to find explanation behind and resolution date.

You bring

Good analytical and organization skills.  Great problem solving and high level of autonomy  Advanced Excel skills. Power BI is a plus. Proficient in oral and written English.  Knowledge of SAP methodology and Supply Chain Planning. Kinaxis is a plus. High level communications skills.  Capability to work with inter-departmental teams in a multinational environment
