Job Description:

Project is launched in the frame of the SA A320 ramp-up with the aim of protecting the industrial means in the supply chain aiming to face the extra rate

On top, trainee together with buyer/buyers shall give support for all contractual activities in the frame of Procurement Aerostructure Rear Fuselage and Empennage department.

Main activities to be carried out:

  • Understanding why industrial means are needed  and associated risks.

  • Interface with different Airbus departments (Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering,Programs,CAPEX MFT,etc) for the creation of associated documentation before starting any activity.

  • Interface with suppliers (Mubea mainly) for agreement of previous documentation.

  • Monitoring and coordination of transverse activities and creation of a new MSA and WPA amendments and understanding when needed.

  • Interfacing with different Airbus/ functions involved.

  • Procurement coordination: Bids and offers, supplier performance monitoring, saving opportunities, export control topics.
