En Monday estamos buscando un/a Accountant Associate para nuestro departamento de Finanzas el cuál está en pleno proceso de expansión

 

¿De qué va el puesto?

Como Accountant Associate tu misión será realizar contabilidad, basically.
Gestión operativa de cuentas a cobrar, cuentas a pagar, impuestos, así como realización de conciliaciones bancarias y otras operaciones administrativas relacionadas.
Para este puesto necesitarás una gran atención al detalle y rigor en el cumplimiento de procesos.
Serás la clave para que todo cuadre


¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Profesional con titulación de grado superior en Administración y Finanzas.
  • 1-2 años de experiencia mínima realizando funciones contables.
  • Necesario experiencia en SAP Business One y valorable experiencia con KAT Treasury.
  • Competencia básica en inglés.
  • Excel nivel intermedio.
  • Rigurosidad, proactividad y capacidad organizativa


Vale y… ¿Qué haré yo?

A fin de cuentas: contabilidad. Pero espera , lee más:

  • Registro y mantenimiento del sistema ERP (SAP Business One): crearás contratos, asientos periódicos y contabilizarás facturas.
  • Proveedores: gestionarás las posibles incidencias de facturación y acompañarás a los proveedores (vía email or call) en el cumplimiento de los procesos Monday.
  • Cuentas a cobrar: revisarás la facturación mensual, los cobros y las partidas pendientes de abono.
  • Conciliación bancaria (KAT Treasury): registrarás los movimientos bancarios en nuestro ERP, tan pronto como puedas
  • Reporting: darás soporte a nuestro Head of Finance en cuanto a posibles desviaciones en la facturación y participarás en la elaboración de reportings a grupo.
