Key Responsibilities: As a Service Operations Technician, you will:

Manage global network faults to ensure uninterrupted service and prompt resolution Execute SSR and small-scale projects to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Attend technical meetings with customers to address network issues and requirements Provide on-call support and interventions outside of regular hours as needed Demonstrate proficiency in Preventive Operations, incident management, and request/change management

Soft Skills:

Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs aligned with business objectives Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve shared goals Analytical Thinking: Evaluate complex situations to identify optimal solutions Ownership: Take accountability for decisions and their outcomes Effective Communication: Convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences

Professional Skills:

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies and network routing principles Experience in fault handling and network service management Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and change management Preferred: CCNP certification

Language Skills:

Fluent in English (mandatory) Conversational proficiency in Spanish (mandatory)
