Box2Bit, developer and operator of digital infrastructures, linked to Capital Energy, whose activity is focused on the sustainable digitization of the economy, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support in the identification, launch, and development of the Data Centers business.

Funciones:

Market intelligence: development of benchmarks on Real Estate assets (pricing, asset selection criteria, etc.). Coordination and project management of various initiatives and projects. Support and coordination in budget preparation, KPI tracking, dashboard creation, and reporting to management to monitor opportunities in land acquisition and development progress.Support in implementing new processes and workflows to accelerate business development (continuous improvement).Identification and promotion of technological tool development.Development of sourcing strategy (identification and tendering of services to suppliers) within the scope of Land Acquisition & Development.Support in contract preparation.Assistance to the financial team in preparing business cases for each transaction.

Requirements:

Engineer or graduate.Minimum 2 years of experience in Consulting and/or management of large projects (participation in process reengineering and change management projects will be positively evaluated).Experience in team leadership.Knowledge and/or interest in the energy sector and/or Data Centers is desirable. Knowledge of urban planning and land qualification and reclassification is desirable.Experience in preparing infographics and project presentations for various administrations is desirable.High level of English is essential. Knowledge of other languages ​​(e.g., German, French) is valuable.Advanced level in Power Point and Excel.
