Funciones

Desde el equipo Corporativo de Obra para la división de Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Construction & and Building Engineer, cuya misión se centrará en gestionar el ciclo integral de proyectos de construcción, reformas y renovación de nuestros hoteles, realizando el seguimiento y elaboración de mediciones, certificación, coordinación con proveedores y supervisión de las obras activas.

En tu día a día, llevarás a cabo las siguientes funciones:

• Coordinar, elaborar y hacer seguimiento de la preparación de comparativas de precios con los proveedores (instaladores, constructoras y subcontratas) según los requerimientos del proyecto ejecutivo y para facilitar la toma decisiones de su contratación.
• Analizar y establecer los proyectos de obra y actuaciones a ser externalizadas según disponibilidad de recursos.
• Coordinar y supervisar la gestión de proveedores con su información de productos y servicios según familias operativas (instaladores, constructoras y subcontratas).
• Hacer seguimiento de la revisión de mediciones, certificaciones y niveles de producción de las obras en cursos según la documentación técnica para el cálculo de los precios unitarios y el seguimiento de los acuerdos con proveedores.
• Coordinar con Oficina Técnica y Dirección de obra para hacer visitas de monitorización de las medidas y certificaciones según el proyecto técnico, para la identificación de potenciales desviaciones y la toma de decisiones.
• Elaborar el inventario de proyectos.
• Hacer seguimiento de los proyectos pendientes de asignar y contratar proveedores en consideración de su prioridad de ejecución.
• Planificar, coordinar y monitorizar la gestión documental del departamento de edificación (contrataciones, comparativas, mediciones, certificaciones y precios unitarios obra para construcción, reformas y renovación) de la división Bahia Principe Hotels & Resort, para seguimiento histórico y asegurar la fiabilidad y trazabilidad de la información en todos los destinos.
• Hacer seguimiento de la elaboración de los proyectos técnicos por parte de la Oficina Técnica para la identificación de necesidades y prioridades de los proveedores a ser identificados para los comparativos
• Coordinar y colaborar en la resolución de incidencias en los proyectos de obra activos.
• Coordinar y supervisar la instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de los sistemas de gestión de edificación (Autocad, gestión de proyectos de obra, contratación proveedores o similar.
• Desarrollar y preparar los informes de gestión y KPI del departamento de edificación según la periodicidad requerida para la división y en cada destino.

Requisitos

Para ello, deberás contar con los siguientes requisitos:
• Formación universitaria preferente en arquitectura / ingeniero edificación, delineante o similares.
• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en ámbitos internacionales responsable de edificación para obras en complejos Hoteleros, desde perspectiva empresa final o ingeniería / bufete arquitectura.
• Conocimientos: Obra y construcción (complejos hoteleros, instalaciones y equipamientos) / Diseño técnico (Autocad,) / Mediciones y seguimiento producción Obra / Proveedores (instaladores, constructoras y subcontratas)
• Idiomas: inglés y español
• Informática: Ofimática y sistemas de gestión (Obra / Comparativas – Precio Unitario).
