We are looking for a Piping Engineer , for one of our clients, an engineering company in the oil and gas sector located in Madrid and Bilbao.

The selected person will be in charge of:
Definition of 2D piping layout drawings. Participate in the definition of piping classes (PSI, DIN, etc). Material selection and sizing. MTO preparation. Generation of isometrics. P&IDs: 3D piping diagrams. Involvement in procurement/purchasing phases (supplier selection/validation, evaluation of technical proposals, etc). Stress and force calculations. Design/revision of supports. Be able to deal with all applicable work specifications, piping classes, standards and work instructions that may be necessary for the correct development of the assigned work. Perform required stress calculations per work instructions and project specifications. Perform and transmit to the Mechanical Department the design orientation, shape and load of pipe tension clamps and nozzles. Cooperate with piping designers in the selection of optimum routes to simplify stress design and assembly work. Verify comments and follow up on piping surveys and drawings for correct inclusion of stresses and civil requirements for stresses. Requirements:
Completed technical engineering. Experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar position. Specialty in Structures (metallic and cement/concrete). Software: Caesar. Medium/high level of English. We offer:
