What do you have to offer?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Keen interest in socio-legal matters and Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in French and english
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Service-oriented, pragmatic, and flexible mindset.

Which task can you expect? 

  • Provide client advice on administrative and legal aspects (with support from an experienced jurist).
  • Manage content and administration of client files:
    • Guide clients through the procedure.
    • Ensure adherence to the calendar's steps.
    • Process administrative data accurately and timely.
    • Prepare documents and deliver them promptly to clients.
  • Handle all client communication, via phone and email.
