On Site Villa Manager-Marbella
Our client is looking for a On Site Villa Manager to look after a luxurious 8-bedroom villa (1,100 square metre built and 5,000 square metre plot) located in Marbella.
Responsibilities
· Undertake small repairs, painting and maintenance of the villa.
· Oversee and coordinate staff on site.
· Organise cleaning and maintenance services.
· Purchase goods and services at the owner’s request.
· Occasional collection from airport.
Requirements
· Fluent in English and Spanish
· Must have general maintenance skills and experience.
· Must have a valid driving license and car.
· Available Monday to Friday for 4 hours each morning onsite at the villa.
Package
€900 net on a contract or freelance
Hours: 9.00 to 13.00
