A Purchasing Agent purchases products and manages inventory levels of products for Codale to resell. Their duties include maintaining, and forecasting product inventory levels, researching new and replacement products, negotiating costs and discounts of products and any freight and service charges with suppliers, processing and managing purchasing and maintaining inventory levels across the Codale network.

What You’ll Do:

Tracking and analyzing Inventory levels and turns across the network and buy lines  Pricing team support Product file maintenance SPA and Rebate support Inventory management  Purchasing cost comparison 

What You’ll Bring:

Understanding of Eterm (Eclipse or Solar) Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Onedrive) Microsoft Excel (intermediate skills preferably) Electrical sales or sales (1+ years preferably) Distribution warehouse experience
