Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a UX Designer & Researcher that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.


UX Design:

We need a User Experience Designer who will work closely within a product team and is responsible for all UX Design topics:

Establishes best-in-class design patterns and interactions to meet user needs Continue redesigning end-to-end experience with newly established rebrand Conducts design reviews with stakeholders and provides guidance on usability best practices. Designs further iterations of the solution based on stakeholder input and user feedback Creates and iterates on screen mockups (FIGMA) Creates UX assets to support user research, solution development and medical, legal, regulatory review.

User Research:

We need to conduct user research to understand user needs specifically for such an app to create an UX strategy, which will lead to specify potential use cases(modules). The user research needs to be done/ reflect with our countries, Australia, US, UK, France, and Italy.

Potential deliverables:

User research plan for the Pet App + Vet Portal Planning research and engaging with vendors for the execution. Presentation of results and exchange with developers, UX/UI Designers, stakeholders, product owners and scrum masters on a regular and constant basis to get feedback on the created deliverables. Translate research insights into appropriate design concepts. Iterate designs based on internal reviews and customer feedback. Monitor the success of implemented features and gather feedback regularly. Consult the product team in user-centered product development. Identify and create hypothesis to test with users. Identify and create User and Customers Personas. Identify and create User and Customers Journeys. Plan and run User research based on the research plan in five countries. Handover of all source files.

Experience/ Skills

At least 5 years experience in UX Design for Digital products At least 3 Years experience in UX Research At least 3 Years experience working in a global and cross functional environment Experience in Animal Health is a plus (Veterinarians, Pet Owners, Vet Clinics, Pharma, ...) Fluent English is a must
