Job Description

Role Summary

Data Operations Technician will follow the application and operations procedures to ensure applications & services production and data availability. He / She works in alignment with application development, maintenance, Data Quality, Data Analytics and technology teams (Infrastructure) and eventually contact client technical teams (operations) upon incident or technical requests. This position will require of a 24x7 on call rota (shift) schema.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Background in development on Microsoft technologies (SQL)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Scripting
  • Agile and DevOps basic knowledge
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilitie.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute data load/data updates processes (including files data quality, client onboarding, processes monitoring and logs review)
  • Ensure services availability and react as per bureau processes events as per defined procedures
  • Ensure technical documentation and reports are accurately and timely updated
  • Be compliant and very strict with Experian security and compliance regulation in his/her activities
  • Customer Support

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar qualification
  • Fluent English
