Misión

Notre société Elpozo Alimentacion Succursale France située à Tournefeuille (Toulouse) depuis plus de 30 ans, est spécialisée dans la vente à la grande distribution française de la charcuterie espagnole fabriqué à Murcie (Espagne) pour notre société mère Elpozo Alimentación () qui est la marque leader en alimentation du marché espagnol.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Afin de renforcer notre équipe des assistantes commerciales, nous somme à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) en CDI.

Rattaché(e) au Service Commercial en contact avec les clients (enseignes GMS), les commerciaux de terrain en France et notre équipe commerciale et administrative en Espagne, le candidat(e) aurai principalement pour mission :

Support commercial à la vente :

-Soutien auprès de notre force commerciale terrain

-Gérer les factures et les recouvrements en liaison avec le service comptable

-Gestion des litiges (problèmes qualité, pénalités, taux de service)

-Gestion des animations commerciales, des salons, des référencements

-Traitement des appels d’offres (confirmation, estimation des volumes, suivi de OP, volumes, budget)

Soutien administratif et commercial

-Créer, ouvrir les comptes des nouveaux clients dans notre système de gestion SAP (compléter les fichiers Excel)

-Traitement et saisie des commandes via notre système de gestion SAP

-SAV des commandes, suivi des livraisons, problèmes dû au transport, gestion des éventuels retours ou non-conformités

Gestion des données clients (CRM)

-Alimenter et actualiser la base de données clients

-Centraliser toutes les données du produit (fiches logistique, technique, visuel, etc…)

-Création des fiches démat sur les portails clients

Ces missions pourront évoluer en fonction des besoins du service.

Experiencia

-Formation de niveau Bac +2/3. BTS GPME, management dans le domaine commercial et administratif

-Vous avez une bonne maitrise de l’outil informatique et plus particulièrement d’Excel.
-Une première expérience sur un poste similaire est souhaitée.

-Vous avez des connaissances en gestion de clientèle et traitement des litiges.

-Un bon niveau d’espagnol serait appréciable.
