Electrical Maintenance Planner

In Spain, Montmeló (Barcelona), we have a lactic acid and derivative plant, which services all of our markets; Food, Biochemicals and Pharma.

As our Electrical Planner, you prepare electrical maintenance jobs and ensure human resources, external services and materials availability in order to carry out these activities on time, in an efficient way and within the agreed time frame. Also carry out calibration program, perform electrical job safety analysis and support electrical warehouse management.

You are part of a larger team of dedicated, innovative and creative electricians, each with their own specialization. The maintenance department is continuously exploring new initiatives and new technologies to improve asset reliability such as Industrial Internet Of Things (IIOT) and predictive analysis devices.

You will report to the Electrical Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling process within electrical maintenance.
• Keep the plant operative by planning repair and maintenance of any electrical/pneumatical equipment .
• Plan the necessary preventive, predictive and corrective electrical / pneumatical / instrumentation maintenance, including calibration programs, in accordance with the reliability engineer.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled people manager with a drive for improvement. A successful candidate will meet the following essential requirements:

• Electrical or Electronical FPI or FPII background.
• Minimum 3 years planning experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Intermediate English.
• MS-Windows/Office user and maintenance management software experience.
• Cost effective attitude
• At least two years of experience in a maintenance department of a Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry.
