As a Swedish Speaking Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to connect top talent with our diverse set of clients across various sectors. Your daily tasks will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting online interviews, and managing the hiring process. This is an entry-level position, and no previous experience is required. Our mandatory 4-month training program in Athens will equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. After the training, you will be working remotely.
