- You are applying for a position at Technica Engineering Spain, located in Vigo.

- This position is available on a full-time basis.
Technica Engineering is a manufacturing electronics company in the field of vehicle development.
We develop and produce our own software and electronic products, as well as providing consulting services to our customers for new development and test projects. Our technical specialization in the field of automotive Ethernet and ECU development enables us to offer technical solutions on topics such as embedded ECUs, on-board networks, ADAS, security, body function, comfort function, gateway and many more.
Your job at Technica is permanent and you will move a lot in the future.
From your start on, an experienced colleague as your coach/mentor will support you personally and individually. We are currently offering you a position as a Software Developer in permanent employment in Vigo, Spain.

Requirements of the position:
- Professional experience in automotive, telecommunications or software development industry.
- Engineering background (Preferable Telecommunications or Computer Science)
- Proven experience in software development using the Qt framework (C++).
- Full professional proficiency in English language.
- Solid knowledge of Python is valuable.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of user interface design principles.
- Previous experience in desktop application development (positively valued).
Tasks:
- Develop and maintain software applications using the Qt framework (C++) or Python.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to implement attractive and functional interfaces.
- Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception to implementation and maintenance.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve our software products and development processes.
