Job Description

Location: Malaga, Spain
 
 
RAW is seeking a talented Studio Build Specialist to join at the inception of what we expect to be a groundbreaking venture. This role is for a highly motivated individual, capable of multitasking and helping RAW set new benchmarks for our Live Casino studio.

Responsibilities

  • Execute construction plans for broadcast studios, focusing on truss rigging, acoustic walls, studio set/furniture and other hands-on tasks.
  • Install and assemble truss systems, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure attachments.
  • Rig lighting fixtures, cameras and mount audio equipment in accordance with design specifications.
  • Install acoustic panels and sound-absorbing materials to enhance sound quality and isolation.
  • Manage cables by organizing and routing them efficiently while maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Studio related maintenance, including studio equipment, ups, etc…
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the studio engineers to ensure efficient coordination and timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective completion of studio builds.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Perform maintenance on the premises/office.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively for construction-related tasks.
  • Demonstrate physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting and working at heights.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Be in possession of a valid working permit to work in the EU.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the iGaming or broadcasting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of studio design and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in using design and construction tools and software.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, ready to work alongside a dynamic team to create world-class gaming environments.
