Περιγραφή του ρόλου

Ο IT Support Administrator θα έχει την ευθύνη της παρακολούθησης και διαχείρισης των υποδομών και των συστημάτων λογισμικού που υποστηρίζουν τις κεντρικές εγκαταστάσεις και τα καταστήματα.


Η καθημερινότητα του ρόλου
  • Διαχείριση των συστημάτων λογισμικού που υποστηρίζουν την παραγωγική δραστηριότητα και τη διαχείριση αποθήκης
  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης στους χρήστες των συστημάτων επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων
  • Επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων hardware και δικτύων (1st 2nd Level)
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα IT για την εξασφάλιση της σταθερότητας και της ασφάλειας των συστημάτων λογισμικού
  • Εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη των χρηστών στα συστήματα λογισμικού
  • Καταγραφή και τεκμηρίωση των διαδικασιών και των προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν
  • Παρακολούθηση και διασφάλιση των πολιτικών και συστημάτων ΙΤ

Προφίλ υποψηφίου
  • Πτυχίο IEK/TEI ή  Πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής ή άλλο συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2-4 ετών σε παρόμοια θέση, ιδανικά σε υποστήριξη συστημάτων για καταστήματα λιανικής
  • Καλή γνώση  Office 365, Azure active directory, Miktorik, Aruba, Cisco, Hyper-V, WireGuard
  • Καλή γνώση συστημάτων ERP, CRM, WMS, HRMS, POS για υποστήριξη όλης της επιχειρησιακής λειτουργίας
  • Άριστη κατανόηση του τεχνικού υπόβαθρου λειτουργίας των εφαρμογών
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε ERP WMS  της Entersoft
  • Ενδεχόμενες Πιστοποιήσεις όπως CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, ή άλλες σχετικές θα εκτιμηθούν
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης κρίσεων
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα συνεργασίας
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε ένα δυναμικό περιβάλλον εργασίας
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα, επίλυση προβλημάτων
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β’ κατηγορίας επιθυμητό
