Finnish Speaking Recruiter

We are seeking a Finnish Speaking Recruiter to join our team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. This entry-level role requires no previous experience. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process, and ensure timely coordination of interviews. You will also be expected to provide a high level of client service and candidate care.

• Fluency in Finnish
• Valid European Union passport
• Availability to undertake a 4-month mandatory training in Athens
• Ability to work remotely post-training
