¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Ofrecer asesoramiento experto a clientes propietarios y buscadores.
- Realizar análisis de mercado detallados para determinar el valor de las propiedades.
- Realización de actividades de marketing en la zona de interés (eventos de networking, farming, buzoneo, eventos locales)
- Coordinar y realizar visitas a propiedades.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias del mercado inmobiliario, cambios en las regulaciones y nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Seguir el plan de desarrollo y formación siguiendo la metodología de Engel & Völkers
- Manejar la documentación y los trámites necesarios para las transacciones
- Mantener actualizada toda la información en el CRM, gestionar citas , actividades de marketing y seguimiento a clientes .
- Aplicar los procedimientos internos en materia de prevención del blanqueo de capitales y protección de datos de carácter persona

Requisitos mínimos
Requisitos:
- Alto nivel de castellano e inglés, escrito y hablado
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y alta orientación al cliente con habilidades interpersonales sobresalientes.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y al mismo tiempo alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo, con una actitud proactiva y habilidades organizativas excepcionales.
