The Hotel
Renowned Parisian designers Gilles & Boissier, have created a sophisticated residential design for the 100 rooms and 53 suites, including several one-of-a-kind specialty suites, featuring unique design elements inspired by the hotel’s historic connections to the city, Spanish culture and art.
With a stunning and meticulous restoration that celebrates César Ritz’s pioneering spirit, a prestigious central location, five restaurants and bars overseen by one of Spain’s most celebrated chefs and exceptional leisure and wellness facilities, Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is set to become the city’s most luxurious hotel.
Responsabilities
Coordinate that the Reservation System is effective, maximizing its capabilities. • Work together with the F&B Hostess/Reservation Agents team, fulfilling each of their administrative tasks (taking reservations)• Confirm reservations and promote sales at different outlets. • Be in charge, together with the administrative assistant, of the database of VIP F&B clients.• Support any Food and Beverage point of sale when needed.• Collaborate in the continuous training of staff in all Food & Beverage departments.• Create solid relationships with clients (both internal and external) and offer them successful solutions. • Obtain information about customer needs (or preferences) and put them into practice for greater customer satisfaction (exceeding their expectations)• Create solid relationships with clients (both internal and external) and offer them successful solutions. Requirements • Previous experience of 5 years in a customer service or hospitality position within the hotel industry, 3 in a front office position.• Excellent command of the Spanish and English languages (verbal and written).• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a friendly and courteous demeanor.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Mastery of computer systems.• Management and team building skills.• Ability to remain calm and composed under press.
