Dutch Speaking Recruiter

Join our team as a Dutch Speaking Recruiter and experience the freedom and flexibility of working from any location around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting the right candidates for various roles within our organization. You will liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and utilise your excellent communication skills to conduct interviews and provide feedback. This role will also involve maintaining recruitment records and contributing to recruitment strategy discussions.

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Comfort with technology and proficiency in using online tools and software for recruitment
