Job description

We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our incoming agency in Santa Susanna to reinforce our team for next season. As Booking agent, you will be responsible for the booking management, stop sales, allotment control and following up the booking in our destination. If you enjoy managing bookings and ensuring a high quality of service, we are waiting to meet you.

Main responsibilities:

Booking management in our destination Management of notifications and special requests Manage stop sales Daily follow-up of bookings Be in contact with TTOO and hoteliers Manage incidents and complaints

Requirements

Experience of 2 years in similar position High level of English and/or German, other languages will be a plus Tourism studies or related fields Good knowledge of the destination Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
