Als Dutch Speaking Recruiter - Work Remote From Home, zult u instaan voor het volledige wervingsproces van potentiële kandidaten van over de hele wereld. U zult dagelijks contact opnemen met kandidaten via telefoon, e-mail en sociale media, evenals deelnemen aan virtuele jobbeurzen. Verder wordt van u verwacht dat u de kwalificaties en ervaring van kandidaten beoordeelt, voorinterviews uitvoert en nauw samenwerkt met onze HR-afdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat we de beste talenten aantrekken.

Vereisten
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met het werven van top talent
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden
  • Zelfgemotiveerd en doelgericht
  • Bereid om te verhuizen naar Athene, Griekenland voor een 4 maanden durende volledig betaalde training
