You're just the person we've been searching for to join the Patrique Mercier Recruitment team. This is a superbly flexible role that lets you work remotely from anywhere in the world. Don't worry if you're new to this – it's an entry-level position and we don't need any prior experience. We'll even whisk you away for four months of fully paid training in the beautiful city of Athens, Greece. And yes, that includes a fully paid relocation package. Role Description

As our Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, your main role will be to find, attract and hire the best talent for our clients. You'll be running the recruitment process from A to Z – from posting job ads and screening applications to conducting interviews and handling job offers. We're all about remote work, so you'll be doing all this from the comfort of your own home, or any city in the world

Requirements
  • Fluent in Norwegian (speaking and writing)
  • Valid European Union passport
  • Eager learner and team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to start in May 2024
