Job Description

In ATEXIS we are looking for two Configuration management specialists profiles with experience in Automotive.

Activities:

Execution of a quality gate (formal and content check) for incoming and closed tickets

Correct assignment, commenting and forwarding of error tickets to specialist departments for further processing.

Contact person for ticket inquiries.

Documentation, tracking and archiving of the current error status through evaluations.

Creation of evaluations from the EM tool, derivation of critical focal points as well as definition of measures and, if necessary, escalation to the specialist department or project.

Creation and updating of project-specific forecasts for error development (prediction).

Supporting the business unit with project-specific inquiries in EM.

Performing formal and content quality control of defect management process artifacts.

Processing of interface topics for integration, goods issue, PMT.

Independent preparation and execution of bug fix and project error rounds.

Maintaining and documenting minutes and resolutions from committees led.

Supporting arrangements with integration and outgoing goods.

Supporting requests for release issues.

Creating error evaluations for software releases.Supporting with supplier control and tracking of tickets at Tier 1.

Providing evaluations of tickets and issues at the supplier. (Lead times, wait times, tickets, status) according to KPI's.

Execution and moderation of supplier agreements and error rounds.

 


Qualifications

Profile requested:

  • Diploma: Engineering master or technician degree
  • Previous experience in automotive
  • German- C1/C2
