What You Bring

over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development in C++ (C++ 98/17) a solid foundation in SQL, OpenShift, Docker, and SDLC, with additional knowledge of FIX protocol or financial markets highly beneficial a proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to quality and systematic problem-solving skills a communicative, team-oriented, and resilient personality capable of leading diverse groups high verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish to interact with your international colleagues; German language is an asset but not required
