Actualment estamos buscando un Operations Manager que, como jefe de operaciones, serás responsable de la dirección y buen desempeño de un departamento de más de 100 personas, procurando la máxima eficiencia operativa y el nivel de servicio al cliente.
Liderar un departamento de más de 100 trabajadores. Reportar KPIs diarios a gerencia y al cliente relacionados con el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio acordados con el cliente, objetivos de productividad, calidad, control de inventario, mermas e incidencias. Gestionar el talento, mediante la medición objetiva y retroalimentación del desempeño. Ser proactivo para establecer mejoras y buenas prácticas. Establecer planes correctivos cuando se detecten desviaciones con relación a los objetivos.
Experiencia de 5 años dirigiendo equipos de +50 personas en operaciones logísticas en grandes empresas. Alta capacidad de comunicación, asertividad y persuasión Inglés mínimo B2 ¿Qué te ofrecemos?
