We are looking for talents to join the recently created Pricing and Costing Office team to support the Pricing transformation of Perfumery. Your role will be key to the achievement of Perfumery Pricing Framework and operating model by bringing latest generation of tool environment and governance for Pricing.

Your key responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to understand the pricing needs and challenges of our internal users. Define and prioritize product requirements based on feedback from users, business objectives, and market trends. Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, feature specifications, and development plans. Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that new features meet user needs and quality standards. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and support resources to facilitate user adoption and ongoing use of the software. Monitor usage metrics and gather feedback from users to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization. Act as the Level 2 point of contact for all product-related questions and support requests from Level 1 support/champions. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to price management software, and make recommendations for product enhancements and innovations

You bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a B2B or enterprise software environment. Strong understanding of pricing strategies, processes and methodologies, with experience in price management software or SAP Pre-Sales is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and software deployment processes. Passion for technology and driving business value through innovative software solutions
