About us:

Ferrovial Construcción es reconocida a nivel internacional por su capacidad de diseño y construcción de obras singulares en obra civil y edificación y principalmente en grandes infraestructuras de transporte. En su track-record histórico se incluyen hasta la fecha obras que acumulan más de 490 km de túneles, 19.200 km de carretera (incluyendo 4.000 km de autopistas) o 4.700 km de líneas de ferrocarril (incluyendo 700 km de ferrocarril de Alta Velocidad) y 27.350 km de mantenimiento y reparación de carreteras .

Funciones:

- Dar soporte a la Dirección de Zona en el análisis y toma de decisiones de la información financiera generada en los proyectos de la Dirección, con espíritu crítico y base razonada.

-Comprender y aplicar terminología de ingeniería, construcción y de gestión administrativa, en coordinación permanente con los distintos Gerentes, Directores/as de Proyecto y Jefes/as de Obra.

-Facilitar al Director/a el análisis de las planificaciones técnicas de los proyectos y sus caminos críticos, análisis de costes, identificar divergencias entre la planificación técnica y económica y la evaluación de riesgos para garantizar un desarrollo y un rendimiento óptimo del proyecto.

-Colaborar con los Gerentes para la obtención de datos veraces para el seguimiento de los proyectos, fomentando las relaciones con las distintos centros de trabajo y todos los departamentos (Financiero, Legal, Oficina Técnica, Contract Management…).

-Asesorar al Director/a y a los Gerentes garantizando la aplicación de una metodología de gestión de Riesgos y Oportunidades de los proyectos, así como sobre posibles medidas de mitigación.

-Analizar las desviaciones del estado financiero de un proyecto real contra el master/presupuesto, sobre la base de los informes mensuales, trimestrales y semestrales de cada proyecto.

-Realizar análisis críticos relevantes del coste a final de proyecto sobre la base de la información disponible durante su ejecución.

-Dar feedback a los proyectos cuando se identifiquen divergencias que impacten al Master.

-Desarrollar e implementar herramientas estándares de control y seguimiento que aporten valor de análisis (Power BI,…) tanto al Director como a los Gerentes y Jefes/as de Obra.

-Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos SOX y la normativa contable interna, especialmente en lo relativo al registro de evidencias y soportes.

-Realizar los informes y registros agregados en los proyectos de Categoría II y III, necesarios para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos SOX garantizando la coherencia de los mismos.

-Mantener centralizada la información relativa a reclamaciones contractuales y registros de eventos de los distintos proyectos de la Dirección.

-Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos OPIP en la Dirección.

-Contribuir a la adopción de herramientas digitales dentro de la Dirección. En relación a control de costes, dar soporte a los proyectos para la aplicación de los procesos internos, asegurando su aplicación consistente a lo largo de la vida del proyecto (master, codificación de costes, mediciones, cierres mensuales, análisis de desviaciones, gestión de órdenes de cambio…).

Requisitos:

Formación técnica y financiera con experiencia suficiente en la organización. Conocimiento de los procedimientos de control y análisis internos de Ferrovial. Más de 10 años de experiencia en obra en puestos de gestión, control y análisis. Habilidad en el manejo de herramientas digitales. Espíritu innovador.
