The main role will be to manage the Workstream Projects within the Engineering Cybersecurity Program leading to the achievement of the certification required by the Business

Your Role & Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of defined Cybersecurity Engineering Management System (CSMS) by mentoring, support and training of affected development and other teams

Improving the CSMS by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from the development projects

Support organizational cybersecurity activities . continual monitoring, incident management and audit

Manage necessary resources with support of the program manager

Functional leadership of the workstream team

Your Skills & Strengths

Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunications Engineering or similar.

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in cybersecurity, software development or embedded system development.

Analytical skills with a solution and action-oriented mentality. and “make it happen” mindset.

High communication skills across multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.

Emphatic, resilient and patient

Driver and result oriented. Proactive Knowledge in cybersecurity regulation UN R155 and standards such as ISO/ SAE 21434, ISO 2700x. Experience with automotive standards/guidelines (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262) is an advantage.

Fluent in English (C1) is required and Spanish will be valued.
