Product Manager

Co-manage product launches with Supply Chain and Sales.*Define and agree on regional objectives and strategies with team.*Maintain and develop principal portfolio capable of delivering desired growth and margins.*Identify and assess new principals and assist with regional opportunities, while maintaining anddeveloping principal portfolios.*Provide sales support through pricing strategy, monitoring of business performance andmargins and advising on product promotions.*Manage distribution projects across one or more geographical area.*Develop and maintain sustainable and profitable business.*Organize and lead product training for new and existing principals as required.*Create marketing programs for key segments.*Develop and implement new work processes as required.*Obtain and maintain up-to-date technical data sheets for Sales team.*Ensure process in place to provide certificates of analysis.*Monitor business performance – revenue and margins against targets.*Monitor market and competitor activity and provide to management as necessary.

Ensure Stock Availability and Control of Working Capital with Supply Chain Management
*Monitor and review inventory. Identify and act on slow moving and redundant stock.*Define minimum and target stock levels.*Agree on purchasing strategy for composite loads.*Agree on stock allocation in times of shortage.*Provide purchase price list.*Communicate and co-manage complaints with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales.
Professional Education or University Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience Minimum 5 years of proven sales or relevant experience.
Knowledge and skills
Must be adept at negotiation, customer service as well as persuading and influencing others.Must be able to develop and deliver concise and effective presentations.
Must work within and contribute to the team structure.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a must.
Must possess a thorough understanding of the particular industry segment(s).
Work well within the team structure.
Good level of English and Spanish. French is a plus.
