Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a Finnish Speaking Recruiter to join our team. This is an entry-level role, requiring no prior experience. Your daily duties will include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Our ideal candidate is a confident communicator, able to connect with potential candidates and effectively assess their fit for our diverse range of clientele.

• Fluency in Finnish
• Valid European Union passport
• Willingness to undertake a fully paid 4-month training in Athens
• Ability to work remotely following training
